Treat yourself to some quick and easy “liquid health.” Blueberries are widely regarded as one of the most nutritious tasty treats on earth filled with powerful antioxidants and naturally loaded with vitamins. With this in mind, we offer you a smoothie recipe we’re calling “simply blueberry.” All you need is a few ingredients, a blender, and a couple of minutes and you’ll have a treat for your palette and your health!
Simply Blueberry Smoothie (makes for 2)
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 tsp sugar (optional)
All you have to do is combine all these in your blender and mix until smooth! Enjoy!
